What a snag list actually finds

Real defects from real inspections. Every one of these was fixed before the owner moved in.

Photographs from new-build snagging inspections across Ireland, grouped by where in the property they were found. This is the kind of item that appears on a snag list, and the reason the inspection happens before handover rather than after.
